Hi I’m C.Nichole, Founder & CEO.

01. About Me

I am a businesswoman, singer-songwriter, author, and Pan Africanist. Having never worked a traditional nine-to-five, I began my career as a freelancer in TV and film production before founding my own marketing company, emphasizing experiential marketing. I am also the founder of Wombilee, a natural menstrual pad company. I have authored the published books American Presidential Parties: Their Relevance to People of African Descent and the children’s series The Reign, which introduces children to ethnic groups in Africa and the African Diaspora in a positive light. My experiences of visiting 100 countries before the age of 30 inspired me to advocate for Pan Africanism through music, education, and entrepreneurship, and I continue to create work that empowers communities and celebrates African and Diaspora heritage.

02. My Journey

The principles behind Pan-Africanism didn’t occur to me until a 2018 trip to Rocinha, the largest favela in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I realized that not all schools teach History and World Geography, and I thought, “You can’t plan for your future without understanding your past.” That moment inspired the creation of Pan African Think Tank, originally launched as a 501(c)(3) non-profit to bridge the gap between Africa and the African Diaspora through research and advocacy. After conducting on-the-ground research and forming partnerships across 16 countries in Pan Africa, it became clear that evolving the organization into a for-profit enterprise would allow us to scale sustainably, expand impact, and strengthen connections across the continent and diaspora communities.

03. My Education

I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and minors in Journalism and European Studies. While at the University of Houston, I also studied internationally in the UK at Richmond, The American International University in London, Kensington campus, and throughout Ghana, gaining a global perspective on culture and history. I have traveled to over 120 countries, which I consider some of my most valuable educational experiences. I conduct extensive historical research, as I am the author of historical non-fiction books for both children and adults under the Pan African Publishing House imprint.

04. My Outlook

The future requires deeper connection between Africa and the African Diaspora, not only culturally, but intellectually and economically. My outlook for Pan African Think Tank is to build a lasting global institution that transforms how Africa and the Diaspora are understood, taught, and engaged across industries and communities. We will continue to evolve, innovate, and expand our partnerships while remaining grounded in cultural integrity and measurable impact. This enterprise is designed for longevity. It is built to scale across continents, serve diverse audiences, and create sustainable pathways for knowledge exchange, entrepreneurship, and collaboration for generations to come.
